Briefing
We establish the formula status, application, target market, quantity and deadline. For an existing formula, we confirm that the necessary information is available and authorised for use.

Formula and raw materials
We review the required raw materials and formula information. Any necessary changes are discussed with you before approval.

Samples and specification
We agree the reference sample and product properties with you. These form the basis of production approval.

Order approval
The formula, batch quantity, containers, documentation, scope of supply and delivery date are agreed before production begins.

Compliance
We tailor IFRA information, safety data sheets and allergen information to the project. For finished cosmetic and home fragrance products, we separately establish any additional steps and responsibilities.

Fragrance oil production
Manufacturing follows the approved order. The agreed scope of quality control is based on the defined specification.

Delivery
You receive the fragrance oil with the agreed documentation. We agree delivery dates and potential repeat orders with you.
