Develop your own perfume brand

Planning a perfume under your own brand? We develop your bespoke fragrance oil and work with you to define the formulation, production and documentation steps.

How we create the perfume for your brand

01

01

Briefing

We discuss your brand concept, target audience and positioning. Your fragrance idea, references, target markets, planned initial quantity and timeline form the basis of your perfume project.

02

02

Fragrance direction

Together, we define your brand's fragrance character. Fragrance family, desired notes, excluded notes and references help establish a clear direction for the first compositions.

03

03

Initial fragrance samples

We develop initial fragrance oil samples for your brand. You assess the compositions against the brief and share feedback on scent character, intensity and the impression your perfume should create.

04

04

Refinement

We discuss your feedback and refine the selected composition. Sample rounds and evaluation in the intended perfume product are agreed with you.

05

05

Compliance

We tailor IFRA information, safety data sheets and allergen information to the project. For finished cosmetic and home fragrance products, we separately establish any additional steps and responsibilities.

06

06

Production approval

Before manufacturing, we agree on the approved formula, quantity, specification and scope of supply. Any formulation, filling and packaging services for the finished perfume are expressly defined in the order.

07

07

Delivery

You receive the agreed scope of supply with the agreed documentation. We plan delivery dates and potential repeat orders with you.

Documentation for your finished perfume
