Briefing
We discuss your brand, audience, product type and fragrance idea. References, desired or excluded notes, target market, quantity and timeline form the basis of a shared development brief.

Fragrance direction
Together, we define the fragrance family, character and intensity. We agree on the properties the fragrance should deliver in the intended product and how the first samples will be evaluated.

Initial fragrance samples
We develop the agreed fragrance samples from the brief. You evaluate character and intensity and share your feedback. Evaluation in the intended product is defined for each project.

Refinement
We discuss your feedback and refine the selected composition. The agreed sample rounds help align the scent profile with the application and establish a formula for approval.

Compliance
We tailor IFRA information, safety data sheets and allergen information to the project. For finished cosmetic and home fragrance products, we separately establish any additional steps and responsibilities.

Production approval
Before manufacturing, we agree on the formula, specification, quantity, containers and delivery date. Fragrance oil production begins on the basis of the approved order.

Delivery
You receive the fragrance oil within the agreed scope of supply, together with the agreed documentation. We plan delivery dates and potential repeat orders together.
